JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

To drive and manage the On- trade (HoReCa) sales operations for Rajasthan (majorly in Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, Mount Abu etc.), ensuring achievement of volume, value, and distribution objectives. The role will be to build strategic relationships with key channel partners, and ensure brand presence and compliance with state excise regulations.

- Brand Visibility across premium on premises Rajasthan

- Brand availability and brand menu listing

- Brand trials premium all premises Rajasthan

- Brand activation on premises

- Brand trainings of F&B staff POP Rajasthan

- Customer acquisition

- Maintaining customer relationships

- Recording customer requirements with regard to products and services

- Management of complaints and grievances

- Planning of various marketing measures and events

- Analyze and identify sales potential

Qualifications & Experience required:

- Graduate/Postgraduate (BBA/B.Com/MBA or equivalent degree)

- 10- 15 years of experience in sales within the liquor, Breweries industry (minimum 05 years in a leadership role).

- Strong understanding of state excise laws, trade structures, and distribution networks (HORECA) in Rajasthan.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills,
