Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead township administration, preferably from a defence background (Colonel/Brigadier level) with hands-on experience in garrison or cantonment operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing large-scale township infrastructure, facilities management, and operational efficiency with a strong focus on discipline, governance, and cost optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree/PGin Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline

- 25+ years of overall experience, including:

- Minimum 6 years in facilities management planning and operations

- Experience managing large-scale residential, industrial, or institutional townships

- Demonstrated expertise in:

- Budgeting, financial planning, and cost control

- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

- Driving operational efficiency and process improvements

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end township administration, including infrastructure, utilities, security, and maintenance

- Oversee facilities management operations to ensure high service quality and efficiency

- Develop and manage annual budgets, implement cost optimization initiatives, and ensure financial discipline

- Build, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams across functions

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental standards

- Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and government authorities

- Design and implement systems, SOPs, and processes to drive operational excellence.
