Role Overview:
The Head of Total Rewards - Europe & APAC will lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of compensation, benefits, and performance programs across multiple countries. This role ensures that Total Rewards offerings are competitive, equitable, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with global frameworks. The position requires deep expertise in compensation and benefits management, strong analytical capability, and the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed global setup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Total Rewards Strategy & Framework
- Develop and implement Total Rewards strategy for Europe & APAC aligned with global TR philosophy.
2. Benefits & Well-being
- Ensure competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefits offerings across Europe & APAC.
3. Performance & Rewards Governance
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, calibration, and ratings governance.
4. Compliance, Risk & Policy Management
5. Stakeholder Management & Leadership
- Collaborate with Country HR Heads, Talent, Finance, and Business Leaders on rewards strategy.
6 Operational Excellence
- Oversee efficient execution of TR processes with HR Operations and HRIS teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- 12-20+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR CoE roles.
- Strong expertise in compensation structures, job architecture, and benefits governance.
- Experience managing multi-country TR programs across Europe and/or APAC.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to model TR scenarios.
- Experience working with global compensation surveys and tools (Mercer, Willis Tower Watson, Radford, etc.).
