We are seeking a seasoned Head - Total Rewards to lead and evolve the organization's compensation, benefits, payroll, and rewards strategy. The role will be responsible for designing market-aligned, performance-driven, and scalable reward frameworks that support business growth, talent attraction, retention, and regulatory compliance.
This is a leadership role with high stakeholder visibility and close collaboration with the CHRO, business heads, and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and drive company-wide compensation philosophy aligned with business strategy and growth plans
- Lead annual compensation cycles including increments, bonuses, long-term incentives, and promotions
- Benchmark compensation using market surveys and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Design variable pay, sales incentives, and performance-linked reward structures
- Oversee benefits strategy including insurance, retirement, wellness, and flexible benefits programs
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across geographies
- Drive cost optimization while maintaining competitive benefits offerings
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain policies, frameworks, and audit-ready processes
- Partner with legal and finance teams on risk mitigation
