Job Title: Head - Third Party Products

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Chief Business Officer (CBO)

Role Summary:

Lead the Third Party Products business by driving Mutual Fund, Insurance, PMS, AIF, Bonds, and other investment product sales across the branch network. Responsible for business strategy, product penetration, team enablement, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales and business growth of Third Party Products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Fixed Income, etc.).

- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue, AUM, and product penetration targets.

- Build and manage relationships with AMCs, insurance companies, and other product partners.

- Train, mentor, and enable branch and sales teams on investment products and advisory.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities across the retail customer base.

- Monitor product performance, sales MIS, and business analytics to improve productivity.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and compliance requirements.

Professional Background:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Broking and financial services.

- Strong exposure to Third Party Products with expertise in Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF, and Fixed Income products.

- Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and team management.

- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.

- Relevant NISM/AMFI certifications will be preferred.
