Role: Head - Third Party Products

Responsibilities: Driving Mutual Fund advisory, client engagement, investment research, and business development to enhance and retain MF AUM.

Job Description:

- Build and manage relationships with HNI, UHNI, retail, and corporate clients by providing expert Mutual Fund advisory, driving client acquisition, retention, and AUM growth.

- Be accountable for achieving the annual AUM growth targets and other business objectives set by the management.

- Provide personalized investment advisory based on clients financial goals, risk profile, and market outlook.

- Conduct Mutual Fund research, market analysis, and portfolio reviews to recommend suitable investment strategies and asset allocation.

- Monitor client portfolios and recommend timely portfolio rebalancing to optimize investment performance.

- Identify cross-selling opportunities across investment products, including PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Fixed Income, and Insurance.

- Prepare investment proposals, portfolio review reports, and client presentations.

- Collaborate with Sales, Research, Operations, and Product teams to ensure superior client service and execution.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, and internal regulatory guidelines.

- Monitor business performance, client satisfaction, and achievement of AUM growth targets.

Professional Background:

- 6-10 years of experience having strong knowledge of Mutual Funds, financial markets, and investment products.

- Proven track record of managing and growing Mutual Fund AUM.

- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and research capabilities.

- Ability to interpret market data and provide actionable investment recommendations.

- Business development mindset with strong commercial acumen.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and investment/portfolio management tools.
