Looking for a Head - Technology to lead the technology function and drive the development of a connected, automated and technology-driven business.

This is an execution-focused leadership role with approximately 60% execution and 40% strategy. The incumbent will be responsible for translating business and technology priorities into scalable solutions and ensuring their implementation and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate the company's business and technology vision into a clear roadmap and executable priorities, and ensure timely delivery.

- Build and manage API integrations across products, suppliers and platforms to create a connected technology ecosystem.

- Enable loyalty, cross-selling and upselling capabilities across platforms and customer touchpoints.

- Identify and execute CRM, automation and AI opportunities across the business to improve productivity, customer experience and revenue.

- Use AI and automation both internally and externally to improve how customers discover, access and book products.

- Lead the development, integration and optimisation of technology platforms and business applications.

- Build, manage and upskill the technology team; identify capability gaps and hire the right talent to strengthen the team.

- Set clear ownership, timelines and delivery standards, ensuring technology projects are executed in line with business priorities.

- Establish and maintain strong standards around coding practices, technology compliance, security, documentation and quality.

- Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements, solve problems and ensure technology delivers measurable business outcomes.

- Continuously evaluate new technologies and identify opportunities to take the company to the next stage of technological advancement.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

- Architecture & Integrations: System architecture, APIs, third-party integrations and scalable platforms.

- Development: Strong understanding of C# / .NET, SQL Server, web applications and modern software development.

- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure / AWS, deployment and infrastructure management.

- Automation & AI: AI applications, workflow automation, RPA, chatbots and emerging technologies.

- Data & CRM: Database architecture, CRM platforms, data integrations and analytics.

- DevOps & Security: CI/CD, Git, system monitoring, cybersecurity and data protection.

- Technology Evaluation: Ability to evaluate platforms, vendors and emerging technologies and translate them into practical business solutions.
