Job Description:
- Lead the organisation's technology vision, digital transformation strategy, and technology roadmap to support inclusion, impact, and scale.
- Design and implement a unified technology ecosystem that integrates programmes, HR, finance, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Drive development of scalable digital platforms to support programme delivery, data management, and expansion across geographies.
- Establish robust data infrastructure, governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems to enable data-driven decision making.
- Streamline organisational workflows through process digitisation, automation, and technology-enabled operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with programme, MEL, HR, and finance teams to develop technology solutions aligned with organisational needs.
- Lead technology adoption, change management, user training, and stakeholder enablement across the organisation.
- Manage technology vendors, consultants, and external partners while ensuring quality delivery, cost optimisation, and adherence to SLAs.
- Track technology performance metrics, system adoption, and impact while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advise senior leadership on technology strategy, innovation opportunities, and emerging trends relevant to the nonprofit sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field ( MBA )
- 15+ years of experience in technology roles, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position
- Experience in building and scaling digital platforms; non-profit/social sector experience is an advantage
