A leading clean energy/EV company has engaged with us to hire a Head of Technology to oversee their entire digital journey. The role will work with the core leadership team and will oversee and led overall technology and product functions. You will be the chief technology advisor for all tech-based decisions on new solutions and this will be the 1 to 10 journey.

You will work on finding scalable solutions to various business problems and design the same for the future scaleup. So, it's a very exciting role especially if you are not looking for run of the mill solutions to already identified problems but rather working collaboratively on designing solutions for a new age ever changing business.

Please note prior experience of working in a tech product start-up in the areas of core product building, maintaining and continuously innovating is Mandatory.

You must have 15+ years of experience leading technology and products with extensive knowledge of complex system development.

As a Head of Technology, you will be responsible to:

- Collaborate with the Product and Business teams to design and discuss scalable solutions to business problems.

- Develop and grow both front- and back-end technology.

- Create mobile and online applications that interact with customers to enable the best possible customer experience.

- Lead a team of budding product managers and developers.

- Create end-to-end ERP and CRM systems for a company.

- Setup best practices for team to achieve scale and quality performance of the system.

- Evaluate the technological positions of competitors and continuously compare new technologies to the needs of the business, both for now and in the future.

- Work closely with the account and marketing teams to develop creative pricing models.

To fit the bill, you must have:

- Engineering + MBA degree from a tier 1 college 15+ years of experience in technology domain with strong exposure in working with large scale systems.

- Proven track record as a tactical operations leader and strategist with excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.

- Experience of leading entire technology for a 1 to 10 startup with high focus on digital.

- Experience in building analytical and data science tools, dashboards, and reporting systems from scratch

- Ability to create effective product teams and provide the appropriate goods to meet customer needs while keeping business goals in mind.

- Experience & exposure to a variety of large-scale persistent systems including large databases.

- Created and executed end-to-end ERP and CRM systems for a company.

- A very strong understanding of both Frontend and backend system design

- Managed teams but at the same time be a hands-on technology person.

- Excellent Mentoring skills ; Be the technical mentor to the team.
