Head - Technology - B2C Business

Job Description :

We are looking for a Tech Head for a client in Mumbai. Our client is a large and growing Consumer focused business.

Role Mandate :

Lead the technology and product agenda for a high-growth B2C business. Drive digital transformation, build a differentiated learner experience, and create scalable technology platforms that enable business growth and operational excellence. As a member of the leadership team, you will define the technology roadmap, own product strategy, and build high-performing teams across Engineering, Product, and UX.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute the technology and product vision aligned with business goals.

- Build scalable, learner-centric digital products that drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and outcomes.

- Lead the evolution of the company's technology ecosystem.

- Drive digital transformation across customer journeys and business processes.

- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance in a B2C environment.

- Build, mentor, and lead teams across Engineering, Product Management, and UX.

- Partner with business leaders to prioritize investments, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business impact.

Candidate Profile :

- 15+ years of experience in technology and product leadership.

- Proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing digital platforms.

- Strong product mindset with deep focus on customer experience and business outcomes.

- Hands-on understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, and digital architectures.

- Demonstrated success in leading large teams and driving transformation in fast-paced organizations.

- Entrepreneurial, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in B2C, Consumer Internet, Digital Platforms, SaaS, or high-growth technology businesses.

Education :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
