As the Head of Technology and Operations, you will be responsible for leading the global delivery organization,overseeing operations, and driving cross-functional alignment across technology, people, and processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys next phase of growth and efficiency, working closely with the CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Delivery & Execution:

- Lead global engineering and delivery teams across embedded, IoT, cloud, and AI practices.

- Drive program execution and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery for complex, multi-geo customer engagements.

- Build scalable technology and delivery frameworks, governance models, and metrics.

Business Operations:

- Oversee all aspects of business operations, including delivery, resource management, quality, and process excellence.

- Institutionalize operational KPIs to ensure customer success, margin optimization, and efficiency.

P&L and Growth Management:

- Own and manage delivery P&L across business lines.

- Drive levers for profitability, resource utilization, cost control, and revenue growth.

- Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams for strategic planning and execution.

Leadership & Organization Building:

- Inspire and lead large, diverse teams across technology and operations functions.

- Drive cultural alignment, team development, and succession planning for leadership layers across organization

- Act as a change agent, fostering agility and collaboration across the organization.

Strategy Execution:

- Translate the managements vision into actionable operational plans and scalable delivery models.

- Support new initiatives like IP/product development, global delivery center expansion, growth through newline of business etc.

- Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team contributing to long-term strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 20 TO 25+ years of experience in the technology services/product engineering space.

- Proven experience in managing large delivery organizations and global teams.

- Exposure to embedded systems, IoT, industrial automation, or building technologies (preferred, not mandatory).

- Strong understanding of P&L, revenue management, delivery governance, and customer success.

- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and scale organizations.

- High emotional intelligence, leadership maturity, and executive presence.

- Experience working with or reporting directly to Managing Director/CEOs is a plus.
