Role Summary:

- Own and drive the end-to-end technology vision for a fast-growing, platform-led business

- Build and scale robust, secure, and high-performance technology platforms using modern Microsoft-centric stacks

- Act as a strategic partner to business and product leadership, translating growth goals into scalable technical architecture

- Lead from the front - setting direction, raising engineering standards, and enabling teams to deliver at startup speed

Key Responsibilities:

- Define the technology roadmap from MVP to scale, enabling rapid growth and future ecosystem integrations

- Own overall solution architecture across applications, integrations, data platforms, and infrastructure

- Design systems that are cloud-native, scalable, resilient, and secure by design

- Work closely with the CTO to evolve the long-term enterprise and platform architecture

- Evaluate, adopt, and standardize modern frameworks and tools within the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond

Establish engineering excellence through:

- Architecture principles

- Coding standards

- Design and review frameworks

- Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to convert ideas into execution-ready technical blueprints

- Mentor senior engineers and architects; build strong technical leadership within teams

- Ensure architecture adherence during implementation while balancing speed and quality

- Engage and manage external technology partners, vendors, and solution providers as needed

- Identify technical risks early, perform impact analysis, and ensure security and regulatory compliance

- Continuously optimize platform performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

Skills & Experience:

- 12-18 years of hands-on experience in technology delivery and leadership

- 6-10 years in senior architecture or technology leadership roles within product or platform environments

- Deep expertise in Microsoft technology stack: .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, MVC, Entity Framework

- Strong understanding of enterprise and cloud infrastructure

Extensive experience with Azure cloud services:

- App Services, Functions, Service Bus

- Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Storage services

- Proven experience designing and scaling:

- Microservices-based architectures

- Containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)

- RESTful and event-driven systems

- Strong command over relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases

- Solid exposure to DevOps culture and practices:

- CI/CD pipelines

- Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
