About the Role:
Were looking for a highly experienced and dynamic leader from the aviation industry to head our Technical Support Services (TSS) vertical. This is a mission-critical role within our 24/7 operations team, responsible for managing international trip support, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading workforce strategy, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day international trip support operations
- Develop and manage workforce plans, schedules, and training programs
- Ensure full compliance with aviation regulations and internal policies
- Drive service quality through data-driven performance metrics
- Mentor and develop team members through structured IDPs and feedback
- Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning
- Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in aviation/travel operations (aviation industry is a must)
- Proven track record in managing large, high-performing teams
- Expertise in performance management and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in a 24/7 operational environment
- DGCA certification is a strong advantage
