Description:


- Ensure efficient utilization of technical resources to balance product development, customer
support, and sales objectives.

- Lead and support a nationwide consultant and technical expert network, fostering collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.

- Act as a trusted technical-commercial consultant for feed millers, integrators, and institutional buyers, providing solutions that demonstrate feed additive ROI and strengthen customer relationships enhance business opportunities.

- Oversee clinical trials and field evaluations, analyze outcomes, and deliver actionable insights
through comprehensive technical reports.

- Build and nurture strong customer relationships, focusing on expanding adoption of the product portfolio and creating long-term partnerships.

- Continuously monitor product efficacy under field conditions and recommend improvements to maintain high standards of performance.

- Conduct training and capability-building sessions for sales and technical teams, ensuring they are well-equipped to communicate product benefits effectively.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely introduction of new feed additives and contribute to building a robust product portfolio.


Industry: Animal Nutrition


Education & Experience:

- MSc in Animal Nutrition (mandatory).

- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in feed formulation, clinical trials, and technical commercial roles.

- Proven experience in establishing feed additive ROI models and conducting field trials.

- Experience in managing consultant networks and driving customer engagement projects.

- Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition, feed formulation, and feed additives.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and internal
teams.

- Analytical mindset for interpreting trial data, feed conversion ratios (FCR), and ROI
metrics.

- Training and mentoring skills to develop sales team competencies.

- Tech-commercial acumen to bridge science with business outcomes.
