Head - Technical Production - Steel Industry

1. Candidate will lead the production team in monitoring and optimizing every facet of the plant, guaranteeing safe and effective operations while fulfilling cost and quality goals.

2. World-class production efficiency, product quality, plant dependability, cost optimization, sustainable operations, and cross-functional alignment are the main objectives of the position. 3. In addition, he oversees line upgrades, process optimization, technological advancements, and strategic planning.

4. Drive Operational Excellence across Pickling, Cold Rolling, Galvanising and Finishing Lines. Devise and monitor KPIs like OEE, yield, and productivity for each production line.

5. Leverage SAP systems and digital tools for process insights and lead the Digital Transformation process in Operations.

6. Successful implementation of any new capital projects to ensure all projects are completed on time & within approved budget.

7. Responsible for ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, fostering a strong safety culture, and achieving the highest standards of safety in the plant.

8. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of production from raw materials to finished goods.

9. Manage multiple teams including Production planning & Control, Operations, Maintenance. Quality Assurance and EHS to ensure production and cost targets are met.

10. Achieving the monthly production and cost targets and ensuring there are effective plans for further achievement.

11. Development and control of budgets related to operations and maintenance. Control of operational costs against budget and deliver cost reduction.
