Job Summary:

1. Strategic Leadership & Program Design

- Define and implement a robust strategy for tech incubation aligned with the organization's innovation goals.

- Develop structured programs for idea validation, product development, and business model innovation.

- Establish KPIs and success metrics to evaluate incubated startups.

2. Startup/Innovation Pipeline Management

- Identify promising startups, innovations, or internal tech projects for incubation.

- Oversee the selection, onboarding, and progression of incubates through the program.

- Provide hands-on guidance in technical feasibility, product-market fit, and commercialization.

3. Technical Mentorship & Product Development

- Advise startups on technical architecture, scalability, and product development lifecycle.

- Connect incubates with domain experts, engineering talent, and research support as needed.

- Monitor technology trends to ensure incubation efforts remain cutting-edge.

4. Ecosystem Building & Partnerships

- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, corporates, industry bodies, VCs, and government agencies.

- Create a vibrant innovation ecosystem by hosting events, workshops, and networking sessions.

- Represent the incubator at conferences, demo days, and industry panels.

5. Funding & Resource Mobilization

- Manage budgets, resources, and infrastructure to support incubation activities.

- Explore government schemes and CSR partnerships to support incubation funding.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, startup mentoring, or innovation management.

- Proven track record of working with startups, accelerators, or venture programs.

- Deep understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, SaaS, etc.

- Strong business acumen, with the ability to assess startup viability and market potential.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
