Head - Taxation - CA

We are hiring for a Senior Leadership role - Head Taxation based in Kolkata.

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with 22-25 years of experience in corporate taxation, preferably from infrastructure, manufacturing, or large corporate organizations.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading enterprise-wide tax strategy and planning

- Handling direct, indirect, and international taxation

- Managing tax litigation, assessments, and regulatory matters

- Driving GST compliance across multi-state operations

- Advising leadership on tax-efficient business decisions

- Strengthening governance, reporting, and tax controls

- Leading and mentoring taxation teams and external stakeholders

The role requires strong exposure to:

- Tax litigation and assessments

- GST and multi-state operations

- Project-based tax incentives

- Strategic advisory to senior leadership
