Direct Taxation

- Filing of Tax Audit Report, Transfer Pricing Report of three group companies.

- Filing of IT returns, handling Income tax assessments and Transfer Pricing assessments and preparing documents to submit before Income Tax authorities of three group companies.

- Complying various notices issued by Income Tax Department relating to Assessment and Tax Departments relating to TDS compliances including Equalization Levy deductions and filing of returns.

- Filing forms (3CEAC and 3CEAA) relating to country-by-country reporting of three group companies.

- Preparing Transfer Pricing Study Report and filing 3CEB returns of three group companies.

- Applying for Lower Deduction Certificate u/s 197 of Income Tax Act twice a year for two entities.

- Complying TDS notices u/s 201 and Summons u/s 133 of IT Act and replying various other notices from IT Department, TDS Department, Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation.

- Monthly deduction and payment of TDS and Equalisation levy with quarterly return filing in case of TDS and yearly return filing in case of EL.

- Handled collecting declarations, calculating TDS deduction rate under 192B (TDS on Salary) and related compliances.

- Deferred Tax calculations as per Income tax for financial statements.

- Application for TRC, TDS Master preparation and filing Specified Financial Transactions (SFT) returns.

Indirect Tax:

- Part of GST Core Committee for Migration from Service Tax to GST, handling compliance and queries of stakeholders of organization relating to GST & so on.

- Registration and Amendments of GST all registrations.

- Solving queries related to GST input credit, applicability of law and rates related to advertising agency.

- Handled service tax audit (EA 2000 Audit) of two entities and econciliation with revenue from financials.

- Registrations and renewals of Import and Export Code (IEC) and Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) with Service Export Promotion Council (SEPC).

- Applications, documentation and compliance for claiming of rebate under Service Export Incentive Scheme (SEIS
