About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to lead Taxation, Compliance, and Project Finance functions across our Aluminum and Zinc business units. This leadership opportunity offers cross-business impact, financial governance, and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Direct Tax: Income tax, TDS, assessments, litigation

- Oversee Indirect Tax (GST/IDT) compliance, returns, reconciliations

- Ensure timely Statutory Compliance for Aluminum & Zinc units

- Drive Tax Planning & Risk Mitigation initiatives

- Lead Project Finance: Budgeting, feasibility studies, capital investments

- Strengthen Internal Controls & Audit Frameworks

- Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and consultants

- Oversee Insurance Management: Policy renewals, claims

- Mentor teams across AP, compliance, and project finance

Ideal Candidate:

- Chartered Accountant with 4-12 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong exposure to taxation, compliance, and project finance in manufacturing/industrial sectors

- Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
