Position: Tax Head

About the Role:

Seeking a dynamic Tax Head to manage both Direct and Indirect Tax functions across residential and commercial businesses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong consulting background in at least one tax domain and be ready to expand their expertise in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Indirect and Direct Tax planning, compliance, and advisory across the business.

- Support deal structuring and execution, providing strategic tax inputs to the business team.

- Manage litigation and compliance, with scope to learn and grow in these areas.

- Collaborate closely with deal and business teams to ensure tax-efficient decision-making.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and provide actionable insights for business growth.

Ideal Profile:

- Strong experience in Indirect Tax (preferred), with exposure to Direct Tax.

- Consulting experience or equivalent, with focus on tax advisory and structuring.

- Enterprising, proactive, and willing to expand skillset in litigation and compliance.

- Able to compromise on specific technical areas if the mindset and business orientation are strong.
