Head - Tax

We're Hiring: Tax Head - Gurgaon

A senior leadership role with end-to-end ownership of India's tax strategy, governance, and compliance within a global, UK-listed group.

Key Highlights:

- Lead India tax strategy aligned with global objectives

- Oversee CIT, GST, Transfer Pricing, Customs & compliance

- Shared ownership of Global Transfer Pricing framework (India focus)

- Drive M&A tax structuring, due diligence & integration

- Lead and mentor a team of 7 tax professionals

- Manage tax risk, audits, and engagements with Indian authorities

- Handle tax reporting, provisioning, DTAs & stakeholder communication

- Work closely with Global Head & Regional CFO

Ideal Profile:

- 10+ years' experience in Indian & international tax leadership

- Strong expertise in Indian tax laws, TP, M&A, Pillar Two

- Experience with listed entities (BSE/SEBI)

- Excellent stakeholder management & analytical skills

- CA / CPA / LLM preferred; strong SAP & MS Office skills
