Description:

The Head of Talent Sourcing Center of Excellence (CoE) will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling global sourcing and scheduling capabilities that enhance recruitment effectiveness and talent pipeline diversity. This role will focus on operational excellence, innovation, and leadership, ensuring that the sourcing function aligns with global business priorities and delivers world-class candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and launch a Scheduling Center of Excellence and a Sourcing Center of Excellence to optimize and scale global recruiting operations.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sourcing and scheduling specialists, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Drive efficiency, productivity, and quality through process standardization, data insights, and automation.

- Establish and maintain operating models rooted in continuous improvement and global best

practices.

- Champion diversity sourcing strategies to build inclusive talent pipelines across functions and geographies.

- Partner closely with global recruiting and business leadership teams to ensure agility and consistent delivery across all talent markets.

- Oversee program governance, metrics, and performance dashboards to measure impact and outcomes.

- Ensure a strong focus on candidate experience while optimizing speed and quality of hires.

Requirements:

- Masters degree.

- 12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 5+ years in sourcing leadership or

CoE roles.

- Proven track record in building and scaling sourcing operations or CoEs in a global or matrixed organization.

- Strong program management and change management capabilities.

- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative sourcing programs, tools, and

methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics to improve recruiting outcomes.

- Experience leading diversity hiring initiatives is highly desirable.
