
Role Overview:
- They will serve as a strategic partner to the Global CHRO and play a key role in shaping global talent and organizational capability agenda.
- The role carries a global mandate - leading Centres of Expertise across Talent Management, Leadership Development, Learning & Capability Building, and Organization Effectiveness.
- Operating at the intersection of business strategy, leadership capability, and organizational design, the incumbent will be responsible for building enterprise frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate internal capability development, and enhance organizational effectiveness across the company.
- With' workforce spread across India, the Netherlands, Hungary, the United Kingdom, and the Americas, the role will collaborate closely with global business leaders and HR teams to ensure talent and learning interventions remain aligned with business priorities while being scalable across geographies.
- A key aspect of the mandate will be to build a robust talent architecture and leadership pipeline, ensuring that the organization develops strong succession depth and internal mobility across critical roles and leadership levels.
- As a custodian of organizational capability, the incumbent will lead initiatives to strengthen leadership development, workforce capability, and organization design, while leveraging modern learning methodologies and data-driven insights to enable a future-ready workforce.
- Beyond program design, the role will focus on enabling enterprise-wide capability transformation, ensuring builds the leadership and organizational strength required to support its long-term global growth ambitions.
- The role requires a leader who combines strong conceptual clarity with proven implementation experience, and who can confidently influence senior leaders through insight, data, and delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Master's degree in business administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from a reputed institution.
- 15-18+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with strong exposure to Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Organization Effectiveness.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise talent management frameworks, succession planning models, and leadership development initiatives.
- Strong track record in building global learning strategies and capability development programs across multi-geography organizations.
- Experience in leading organizational design and workforce capability initiatives within large and complex business environments.
- Exposure to global HR environments and multi-country talent practices will be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management capability with experience partnering with senior leadership teams and business heads.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex global environment spanning multiple cultures and organizational contexts.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate business priorities into impactful talent and capability interventions.

Key Accountabilities
Strategic Talent Partnership
- This role will be a part of the Global HR Leadership Team and will act as a strategic partner to the Global CHRO in shaping global talent and capability agenda.
- Lead global Centres of Expertise across Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development, and Organization Effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of talent and capability initiatives with the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Drive enterprise-wide initiatives to strengthen leadership pipelines and internal talent mobility.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Design and evolve enterprise talent management framework.
- Lead global talent reviews and leadership pipeline assessments across key business functions and geographies.
- Translate talent outcomes into robust succession pipelines for critical roles.
- Strengthen leadership continuity by improving internal fill rates and development of high-potential talent pools.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on strategic talent decisions and leadership development plans.
Learning Strategy & Capability Building
- Define and drive global learning strategy and capability architecture.
- Design and implement leadership development programs aligned with business priorities.
- Build capability development interventions across functional, managerial, and leadership segments.
- Leverage blended learning models including classroom, digital, and experiential learning.
- Ensure learning investments translate into measurable improvements in leadership effectiveness and organizational capability.
Organization Effectiveness
- Lead initiatives around organizational design, workforce capability, and role architecture to ensure the organization remains agile and future-ready.
- Support business leaders in designing effective organizational structures aligned with strategic priorities.
- Strengthen role clarity, leadership effectiveness, and team capability across functions.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and leadership teams to drive organizational effectiveness and productivity improvements.
