We are looking for Senior / Head Talent Management for a is a diversified Engineering business client with expertise spanning nearly decades of engineering and manufacturing excellence in the fields various sectors.
Reporting into: Vice President Human Resources, Infra Engineering
Number of reportees: 3 to 5
Location: Bangalore
This leadership role is responsible for driving the Talent Management and Total Rewards strategy for Engineering Client. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience, fostering leadership development, and aligning rewards with business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management
- Lead core talent processes including Performance Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and 360 Feedback aligned with Leaders Qualities.
- Design and implement strategic talent interventions to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential talent.
- Collaborate with business leaders to deploy learning and leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs.
- Enhance employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to retirement to deliver a superior employee experience.
- Drive Reward & Recognition initiatives that reinforce desired behaviors and organizational values.
Compensation & Benefits
- Oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of Long-Term Incentive programs.
- Design and manage performance-based bonus structures across business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and policy reviews to maintain competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Lead harmonization of benefits programs across acquired entities globally.
HR Integration M&A
- Develop and execute HR integration strategies for acquired entities, focusing on cultural alignment, values, policies, people processes, and organizational structure.
HR Technology & Digitization
- Partner with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to implement digital solutions in performance management, compensation, recognition, learning, and analytics
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes
Desired Profile
- MBA from a premier management institute with a specialization in Human Resources
- 10 to 12 years of experience in Talent Management, HR Business Partnering and Compensation & Benefits roles preferably in engineering / manufacturing environments
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead change in a dynamic, matrixed organization
