Role Overview:

As the Head Talent Management and OD, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the talent strategy for our financial services organization, driving a high-performance culture and ensuring we have the right talent in place to achieve our ambitious business goals. This role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership, HR business partners, and employees across all levels to design and implement innovative talent management programs, organization development initiatives, and leadership development interventions. Your work will directly impact employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness, contributing to a competitive advantage in the dynamic financial services landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice to senior leadership on talent and organisational development matters.

- Lead the Talent Management COE, driving frameworks for capability building, succession planning, leadership development, and career architecture

- Design and implement OD interventions to strengthen culture, organizational effectiveness, and change readiness

- Establish competency models, role frameworks, and high- potential (HiPo) programs

- Partner with business and HRBPs to develop talent analytics, engagement strategies, and performance enhancement initiatives

- Drive leadership programs, assessment centers, and learning journeys to develop future leaders

- Build and institutionalize people practices aligned to growth, digital evolution, and workforce agility

- Serve as a strategic advisor on culture, structure, and transformation initiatives

Required Skillset:

- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (12+ Years of experience)

- Proven expertise in talent management and organisational development within financial services.

- Strong knowledge of retail banking and loans providers' HR practices.

- Demonstrated experience setting up or leading a COE model

- Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programmes.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address workforce challenges.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
