The role will be involved in Annual Talent Review for identifying and developing high potential employees and succession planning for critical positions in HR and corporate. - Map and review functional and behavioral competency framework, develop skill taxonomy for all the roles in the organisation. - Will establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of talent initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to HR team and leadership team - Lead career management efforts for critical talent pool - Establish a process for the Identification of talent and succession planning. - Lead role transitions & internal career transfers. - Develop and implement a performance management plan for employees across brands and support functions. - Manage company-wide HR communication. - Talent Management projects driven by this role include Performance Management, Organizational Capability & Culture, Interventions, Talent Review, and Succession Planning etc. This role will also play an important role in Performance Management and Leadership Development.
