Description:
Talent Management:
- Build and implement the annual Talent Management framework across all business units.
- Drive talent reviews, potential assessments, and succession planning for critical roles.
- Increase internal succession readiness for Top 100 roles (measurable year-on-year).
- Ensure robust high-potential identification using validated assessment tools.
Leadership Development:
- Design and execute leadership development journeys for midsenior levels.
- Partner with CHRO and business heads to create future-skill capabilities aligned to strategy.
- Manage leadership coaching ecosystem and measure ROI via role readiness and performance improvements.
Organisation Development:
- Lead organisation design interventions, workforce planning, and restructuring projects.
- Run OD diagnostics (culture, capability, process effectiveness) and deliver measurable improvements.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration through structured change initiatives.
Performance Management:
- Own end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) including annual cycle governance.
- Improve performance differentiation and reduce bell-curve distortions.
- Drive adoption of continuous feedback and quarterly check-ins.
- Ensure PMS data integrity for compensation and career decisions.
Learning & Capability Building:
- Build annual learning strategy and capability roadmap based on business priorities.
- Implement digital learning platforms and track learning effectiveness metrics (L1L4).
- Achieve minimum learning hours/capita and ensure targeted coverage for critical roles.
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Lead enterprise-wide engagement survey process, action planning, and measure impact.
- Conceptualize and implement culture-building programs aligned with organizational values.
- Drive retention strategies for critical talent cohorts.
Change Management:
- Act as change partner for business transformations, M&A integration, and strategic programs.
- Deploy structured change management frameworks with clear milestones and adoption metrics.
Governance, Analytics & Stakeholder Management:
- Establish governance mechanisms, dashboards, and TM/OD metrics for EXCO visibility.
- Use talent analytics to drive decisions on capability, productivity, and leadership bench strength.
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders for seamless TM & OD execution.
Key Requirements:
- 1218 years of HR experience with at least 6+ years in TM/OD leadership roles.
- Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-level TM & OD frameworks.
- Strong business orientation and experience partnering with CXO-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in PMS, competency frameworks, assessments, leadership development, and OD diagnostics.
- Ability to lead a team of specialists and manage large-scale change interventions.
