Head - Talent Management
Role Summary:
A Chennai based Indian MNC is looking for Head - Talent Management to manage the Talent Management function at Organization level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Talent Management function which includes drives PMS from Corporate as COE, Talent development, designing and driving various Tailor made development programs, Succession planning, Talent retention frame work, IDP, Employee Engagement, future ready programs to meet the future business needs etc.
- Driving TM projects
Educational Qualification and Experience :
- Full time MBA in HR / MSW or equivalent with 20 plus years of experience in HR. Should have managed Talent Management function for a mid or large size organization.
- Strong teamwork, communication, collaboration, driving for results.
- Able to develop development program from concept level.
