Role Overview:

As the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Energy vertical, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment strategy for our most prestigious clients operating in the Thermal, Renewable, and Nuclear energy sectors. You will act as a strategic partner to C-suite stakeholders and HR leaders, translating complex business requirements into high-quality talent acquisition roadmaps. Your day-to-day involves managing high-stakes executive searches, mentoring a high-performing recruitment team, and ensuring that our delivery model consistently meets the specialized technical demands of the power generation industry. This role is pivotal in shaping the human capital trajectory of major power projects, directly influencing the operational success and technical capability of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive talent acquisition strategy aligned with expansion plans in thermal, nuclear, and power generation sectors.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.

- Build sustainable talent pipeline.

Ideal Profile:

- 15+ years of dedicated Talent Acquisition leadership experience with deep understanding of talent landscape across Energy, EPC contracting, engineering consulting, PMC and utility operations.
