Description : Responsibilities: - Support portfolio companies C-level recruitment - Focus on understanding the executive talent needs of our Technology portfolio companies, establish herself/himself as the go-to resource for talent needs by portfolio CEOs and CHROs - Support on C-level hires (recommend exec search, help define scope, introduce calibration candidates, help on role description and package negotiation) - Best practices sharing: How to interview better? What is a great commission plan? How to structure an ESOP? Etc. India scale-up talent mapping / ecosystem building - Map and proactively meet best scale-up operators across India, who we could place into our portfolio, or become angel investors, mentors, advisors or interim leaders ("be in the flow of good people"). - These leaders can also help us for due diligence on specific themes. - Getting to know service providers (exec search firms, coaches, consultants, platforms for hiring engineers, platforms for remote workforce) in relevant sectors. - Drive community engagement and peer to peer interactions in our network: connecting our portfolio leaders between themselves and animating these communities - CPO forum, CFO forum, helping organise knowledge sharing sessions and operator workshops, help organising events with our marketing & events team (e.g. dinners, thematic events, webinars, etc.) to build vibrant professional communities.
