About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our talent strategy and build a world-class recruitment engine. This role is crucial in helping us attract, engage, and hire top talent who will shape the future of our organization. You will be responsible for driving innovative sourcing strategies, building employer branding, managing recruitment operations, and partnering with leadership to anticipate and fulfill hiring needs aligned with our growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing TA team.
- Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and build a sustainable talent pipeline.
2. Recruitment & Sourcing Excellence
- Build and manage effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, networks, referrals, headhunting, etc.).
- Own end-to-end hiring for senior/critical roles.
- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and strong recruiter-candidate relationships.
3. Employer Branding
- Develop and strengthen employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Drive initiatives around careers page, social media, and talent communities.
4. Process, Systems & Analytics
- Establish scalable recruitment processes, policies, and tools.
- Implement and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment technologies.
- Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, diversity hiring, etc.).
5. Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to ensure alignment of role requirements and expectations.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring trends.
- Influence leadership on strategic talent decisions.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive TA experience with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling recruitment in a high-growth/startup or mid-sized organization.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing, talent mapping, and recruitment marketing.
- Experience building and managing TA teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong problem-solving ability.
- Exposure to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives is a plus.
