Our client is looking for a strategic and execution-driven Talent Acquisition Leader - Product & Technology to lead their hiring efforts across engineering, data, product management, design, and related tech functions. You will play a critical role in scaling high-performing product & tech teams, partnering closely with senior leadership, and shaping how they attract and hire the best talent in a competitive market.
The role's responsibilities include:
- Own and evolve the end-to-end hiring strategy for product and technology functions.
- Partner with leadership to deeply understand org design, workforce planning, and hiring priorities.
- Drive proactive sourcing strategies for critical and niche tech/product roles.
- Define SLAs and KPIs for the TA team and hiring managers; track and report performance across all funnel stages.
- Build and maintain a robust network of top-tier talent
- Define and track key TA metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health, DEI goals, etc.)
- Lead workforce mapping and competitive intelligence efforts to identify top talent pools.
- Act as a strategic advisor to tech and product leaders on hiring trends, market compensation, and organizational design.
- Foster a culture of accountability and urgency around hiring across the business.

- Proven leadership experience managing and scaling recruiting teams.
