
Role Overview
The Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and transform the organization's hiring strategy across levels and geographies. This role is responsible for building scalable talent pipelines, strengthening employer branding, optimizing hiring processes, and partnering with business leaders to deliver high-quality talent aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the overall Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
- Act as a strategic partner to business heads on workforce planning and capability building
- Build a future-ready talent roadmap for leadership, niche, and critical roles
Hiring & Delivery Excellence:
- Own end-to-end hiring across levels (Junior to Leadership)
- Ensure timely closure of roles with strong quality-of-hire metrics
- Drive diversity hiring, campus programs, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing TA teams
- Manage internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external partners
- Drive hiring manager capability through structured interview and assessment frameworks
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence:
- Strengthen employer brand through EVP, LinkedIn presence, referral programs, and campus engagement
- Track market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability
- Represent the organization in industry forums, campuses, and talent communities
Process, Analytics & Technology:
- Design scalable hiring processes and governance models
- Leverage ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and automation tools
- Track KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage recruitment vendors, RPOs, consultants, and job portals
- Optimize TA budgets without compromising hiring quality
