Role Overview
We are seeking a senior, hands-on Talent Acquisition leader to own and deliver leadership and CXO hiring across the organization. This is a pure individual contributor role, requiring deep expertise in headhunting, confidential searches, and passive talent engagement, primarily through LinkedIn and professional networks.
You will work directly with founders, board members, and senior leadership to close high-impact roles that shape the companys long-term growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing complex leadership hires end-to-end, rather than managing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & CXO Hiring
- Own end-to-end hiring for senior leadership roles including CXO, VP, Director, Head, and Principal-level positions.
- Lead confidential and strategic searches, ensuring discretion and market intelligence.
- Partner closely with founders and senior stakeholders to define role charters, success metrics, and candidate profiles.
Headhunting & Talent Mapping
- Drive proactive headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Conduct deep talent mapping, org-mapping, and competitor analysis for leadership pipelines.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive senior leaders across functions.
Candidate Engagement & Closure
- Craft personalized, high-impact outreach to engage senior talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
- Own offer strategy, negotiation, and closure, ensuring high acceptance rates.
Stakeholder & Market Advisory
- Serve as a strategic hiring advisor to leadership, providing insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring risks.
- Continuously refine leadership hiring processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in leadership hiring, executive search, or senior talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of CXO and senior leadership closures as an individual contributor.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn-based headhunting, passive talent engagement, and market mapping.
- Strong experience hiring for startups, scale-ups, or high-growth environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with founders, boards, and senior executives.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing capabilities.
- High levels of ownership, confidentiality, and professionalism.
