
About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our technology hiring function. This role will be responsible for building and executing talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth, with a strong emphasis on technical recruitment across engineering, product, and data teams.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SaaS or Internet companies, with hands-on experience in hiring for product engineering teams and partnering closely with business leaders to drive hiring outcomes.
Role Overview:
As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution. You will work closely with leadership to understand business priorities, forecast hiring needs, and build scalable recruitment processes to attract high-quality technical talent. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy across engineering, product, and technology functions
- Drive hiring plans aligned with business growth and workforce planning
- Build and scale recruitment processes for high-volume and niche technical hiring
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Develop strong sourcing strategies for passive talent in SaaS and Internet ecosystems
- Manage and mentor technical recruiters to deliver hiring goals
- Establish hiring metrics and drive data-driven decision-making
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding in tech talent markets
- Build diverse talent pipelines across engineering roles
- Collaborate with HRBP and leadership on talent planning and org growth
- Manage external agencies and recruitment partners where required
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition
- Deep expertise in technical recruitment (engineering, product, data hiring)
- Experience in SaaS, product-based, or Internet companies preferred
- Proven track record of scaling technical teams
- Experience managing or leading TA teams
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Hands-on sourcing and recruiting capabilities
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
