About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the hiring strategy and execution for a rapidly scaling tech-driven organization.
This role requires a deep understanding of technology and engineering recruitment, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build high-performing recruiting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end hiring strategy for tech and engineering functions.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to forecast and plan manpower needs.
- Build, mentor, and lead a team of recruiters across levels.
- Drive metrics-driven hiring practices (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness).
- Implement tools and systems for process efficiency and candidate experience.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of recruitment experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in IT / Product / Engineering hiring (startup or enterprise scale).
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and closing niche roles.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of recruiting analytics.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing automation tools preferred.
