
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead end-to-end recruitment operations and build scalable hiring processes for a fast-growing organization. This is a leadership role responsible for driving talent strategy, managing a recruitment team, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet critical hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across all business units and levels (lateral, leadership, campus).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters/TA specialists, setting KPIs and ensuring delivery against hiring targets.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and optimize hiring funnels, reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and improve overall quality of hire.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent pipeline and market visibility.
- Own vendor and RPO relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage recruitment budgets.
- Implement and leverage ATS/HRMS tools and recruitment analytics/dashboards to track hiring metrics and provide leadership visibility.
- Design and improve interview processes, assessment frameworks, and onboarding experience.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, diversity hiring goals, and statutory requirements.
- Stay ahead of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven track record of leading TA teams and delivering high-volume and niche/leadership hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with CXOs/senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.), and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
- Experience with employer branding and building strong candidate pipelines.
Good to Have:
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or IT/technology services environment.
- Exposure to campus hiring and building early-career talent programs.
- Familiarity with recruitment automation and AI-driven sourcing tools.
