About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic Talent Acquisition Leader to build and scale a high-impact hiring function for a fast-growing organization. This role will partner with business leadership to drive workforce strategy and enable rapid, high-quality hiring across functions.
The ideal candidate comes from a large enterprise, GCC, or product-led environment and has successfully led hiring at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy across functions
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps
- Drive hiring for technology, business, and leadership roles at scale
- Build strong pipelines for critical and niche talent
- Manage and optimize external hiring partners and vendor ecosystem
- Drive key metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, cost efficiency
- Implement best practices in candidate experience and employer branding
- Leverage data, analytics, and ATS platforms to improve hiring outcomes
- Build and lead a high-performing internal TA team
- Drive initiatives around diversity hiring and strategic workforce planning
What Were Looking For:
- 12+ years in Talent Acquisition with current/previous leadership role (Head / Director / Sr. Manager)
- Experience in large organizations, GCCs, or product companies
- Proven track record of scaling hiring in high-growth environments
- Strong experience in managing internal TA teams (NOT agency hiring background)
- Exposure to working with external vendors / partners for hiring support
- Strong stakeholder management with senior business leaders
- Data-driven approach to hiring and decision-making
