Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale the hiring function in India. This role will drive end-to-end talent strategy, with a strong focus on technology hiring, campus programs, workforce planning, and budgeting, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and employer brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing TA team.
- Own budgeting and workforce planning to ensure cost-effective, quality hiring.
- Drive technology/technical hiring across engineering and product functions.
- Build and scale campus hiring & early careers programs.
- Strengthen employer branding and ensure superior candidate experience.
- Leverage data and analytics for decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Partner with senior leadership and manage external recruitment vendors.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive TA experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in scaling TA teams, managing budgets, and technical hiring.
- Strong expertise in campus hiring and building early talent pipelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, and data-driven mindset.
- Deep knowledge of TA tools, sourcing strategies, and employer branding practices.
