
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead global hiring initiatives for a renowned organization in the automobile sector. This leadership role is crucial in shaping a world-class recruitment function, scaling operations across international markets, and attracting top-tier talent across engineering, R&D, supply chain, corporate, and leadership domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Leadership:
- Design and execute a forward-looking global talent acquisition roadmap aligned with business goals
- Anticipate workforce trends and build agile hiring strategies to close skill gaps proactively
Global Recruitment Operations:
- Manage end-to-end hiring across multiple geographies and functions
- Oversee high-volume and niche hiring across Technology, EV, Manufacturing, and Corporate verticals
- Ensure compliance, consistency, and exceptional candidate experience
Employer Branding & Market Positioning:
- Champion the organization's presence as an employer of choice across digital and offline platforms
- Build a compelling brand narrative that attracts best-in-class talent globally
Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead and mentor a distributed recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and process innovation within the TA function
Talent Advisory & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with senior leadership and HR business partners to align recruitment strategy with workforce planning
- Provide insights into global talent trends, succession planning, and organizational design
Data-Driven Hiring & Analytics:
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Monitor hiring quality, DEI metrics, cost per hire, and time-to-fill
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
- Integrate DEI into hiring strategies to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace globally
Vendor & Budget Oversight:
- Manage partnerships with external agencies and job platforms
- Oversee recruitment budget and optimize ROI across sourcing channels
Key Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 18+ years in talent acquisition, including 5+ years in a global leadership role
- Proven expertise in recruitment strategy, employer branding, and executive hiring
- Strong understanding of talent needs in engineering, manufacturing, EV tech, and supply chain
- Track record of leading geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and HR analytics tools
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
