Job Description: - Lead the complete Talent Acquisition portfolio for a high growth internet startup - Drive hiring for bulk recruitment (sales hiring in a B2C format), leadership hiring and university hiring, hence the complete Talent Acquisition portfolio. - Drive projects on change of ATS, hiring, mobilizing talent for sales hiring in a volume driven environment. - Lead the conceptualization, design and implementation of Talent Acquisition strategic initiatives for centrally as well as across regions by developing a deep understanding of the business operations, its performance drivers and metrics - Build strong relationships with the business leaders and partner effectively to drive workforce planning and talent acquisition - Work on the talent acquisition initiatives with the TA regional teams to define better sourcing strategies and onboarding best in class talent - Partner with the SMEs to ensure best compensation and benefits plan, rewards and recognition and policies/procedures/programs for talent acquisition in different regions, as the need may be. - Apply practices and processes to ensure seamless and uniform hiring process and a good candidate and stakeholder experience - Use the automation tools to manage effectiveness and efficiency of TA processes and candidate onboarding - Manage, develop and nurture the TA team - Act as a key member of the HR Leadership team supporting the development and execution of HR priorities and programs An ideal candidate: - Experience in Talent acquisition specifically in large growth-oriented organisations with a pan India presence - Experience of hiring in volume for B2C sales- at least 300-400 hires per month - Strong communicator and keen listener - Post graduate in the area of Human Resources - 10-18 years of HR experience - Understanding of automation tools for talent acquisition
