Role Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Head at Hiresort, you will be a strategic leader responsible for defining, implementing, and scaling our talent acquisition strategy. You will drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, from pipeline generation to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role demands a visionary who can leverage technology, data, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices to attract top-tier talent and support Hiresort's ambitious growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy aligned with Hiresort's business goals and growth plans.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient, effective, and compliant hiring processes for all roles.

- Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, developing proactive sourcing strategies.

- Drive employer branding initiatives to position Hiresort as a top employer and attract diverse, high-caliber candidates.

- Implement and optimize talent acquisition technologies and tools, including our proprietary agentic hiring workflows, to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

- Establish and monitor key recruitment metrics, using data analytics to identify trends, measure performance, and inform strategic adjustments.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining ethical and equitable hiring practices.

- Champion a superior candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, reflecting Hiresort's values.

- Manage external recruitment partners and vendors when necessary, optimizing their performance and cost-effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

- 3 - 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

- Proven track record of successfully building, leading, and scaling recruitment functions in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

- Deep expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and offer management.

- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.

- Proficient in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to streamline processes.

- Experience in a remote-first or highly distributed work environment.

- A commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience within the HR technology (HR Tech) or SaaS industry.

- Familiarity with AI-driven recruitment tools, agentic workflows, or advanced automation in talent acquisition.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Certifications in talent acquisition or human resources.

Tech Stack / Tools:

- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools

- AI-powered sourcing and screening platforms

- Video interviewing software

- Productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace)
