Role Purpose
The Head - Talent Acquisition will lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple locations across the South Zone. The role will drive hiring excellence through strategic sourcing, psychometric assessment, employer branding, and strong stakeholder management, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent across functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Operations
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary structuring, negotiation, and offer closure.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and deliver on hiring targets for multiple metro, semi-metro, and Tier 1 locations.
- Leverage psychometric tools to enhance assessment quality and ensure cultural and role fit.
- Manage both niche hiring and bulk hiring with a high-volume, fast-paced approach.
2. Sourcing Strategy & Employer Branding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies using tactical sourcing techniques across platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, and industry events.
- Build strong employer branding campaigns to attract top talent across the South Zone.
- Promote and drive employee referral programs to strengthen talent pipelines.
3. Campus & Bulk Hiring
- Lead campus hiring initiatives across hospitality and allied institutes for frontline and bulk positions.
- Plan and execute mass recruitment drives to support rapid business expansion.
4. Data, Reporting & Process Excellence
- Create and maintain recruitment dashboards to track open positions, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer-drop-out metrics, and other key KPIs.
- Ensure recruitment processes align with organizational standards and provide an excellent candidate experience.
5. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, HRBP, and Management to ensure hiring needs are met effectively.
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams and hiring managers across multiple locations.
- Act as a trusted TA advisor to leadership.
Incumbent Profile:
- 6-12 years of strong end-to-end recruitment experience with proven expertise in multi-location hiring.
- Demonstrated capability in both niche and large-scale/bulk hiring.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience in industries such as Hospitality, QSR, Retail, Entertainment, or Service Sector preferred.
- Proficiency in psychometric tools, recruitment analytics, and sourcing platforms.
- High energy, strong decision-making ability, and capability to handle high-volume hiring environments.
