Job Responsibilities
As the Head of Talent Acquisition India, you will:
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership:
- Own and implement Indias TA strategy aligned to business expansion.
- Build and position the organisation as an employer of choice through branding and EVP initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
Stakeholder Partnering:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights on talent trends and hiring strategies.
- Partner closely with HR, Compensation, and business leaders to ensure competitive offers and workforce alignment.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive continuous improvements across TA processes to enhance quality, agility, and candidate experience.
- Champion innovative sourcing methodologies and tools.
- Ensure compliance with India and other relevant market regulations.
Data & Analytics:
- Leverage data, dashboards, and analytics to guide decision-making.
- Present regular insights and recruitment performance updates to leadership.
A Successful Applicant:
You will thrive in this role if you bring:
- 10+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, preferably in the Hyderabad market.
- Proven success hiring technical and senior leadership talent within global organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting rapid scaling and transformation environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and exposure to Workday ATS.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced settings and collaborate across global time zones.
- Strong understanding of local labour markets and compliance.
- A proactive, analytical, and solutions-oriented mindset.
