Job Description : - Responsible for managing the entire operations of the business vertical(Profit Centre) - Engage with the Clients and work closely with the concerned stakeholders to ensure the desired targets are being achieved per the demand - Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts. - Possess validated ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline. - Manage and mentor team of high caliber recruitment consultants and ensure the team meets its desired targets well in advance. - Independently work of senior positions and ensure the highest quality of services are offered to the clients - 15+ years experience hiring for Non - IT clients/ positions ( Preferred candidates who have extensively hired for FMCG/ Retail/ Pharma & Wellness industry) - Must have managed the role as Recruitment Manager/TA Manager/Branch Head with good understanding of business revenue management. - Strong capability in managing multiple stakeholders. - Solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process. - Should possess excellent communication skills, leadership qualities and must have passion for recruitments.
