About the Company:
- A large consumer organization headquartered in Delhi/NCR, operating at scale across diverse markets.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution across multiple functions and business units
- Manage and mentor a large team of recruiters, driving performance, capability building, and accountability
- Manage Leadership, Corporate and Volume hiring
- Develop workforce hiring plans in partnership with business leaders to meet short- and long-term talent needs
- Establish and track hiring metrics, SLAs, and dashboards to ensure efficiency, quality, and timeliness
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership to anticipate talent requirements and proactively pipeline critical roles
- Drive employer branding initiatives and strengthen talent attraction strategies
- Ensure standardization of recruitment processes, compliance, and governance across geographies
- Manage vendor partnerships and recruitment budgets effectively
Skills and qualifications:
- 12+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to both corporate and high-volume hiring environments
- Proven expertise in large-scale hiring across Sales and Manufacturing setups
- Experience managing and leading a team of 10+ recruiters, with a strong focus on coaching, performance management, and capability building
- Prior work experience with large consumer-facing organizations or complex, multi-location enterprises is preferred
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
- Experience in building scalable hiring models to support rapid business growth
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies across digital platforms, field hiring channels, and campus programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High level of ownership, execution focus, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Top Tier MBA preferred (HR or related specialization)
