Head Talent Acquisition

Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization. Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

- Enhancing the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

- Ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.

- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

- Championing diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process.

Qualification And Experience:

1. Should have 15+ Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition with Product Based Organisation (FMCD). Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

2. Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and various sourcing techniques.

3. Ability to analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.

4. Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations.

5. Significant experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

6. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
