Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven HR Head to lead end-to-end recruitment for both Sales and Non-Sales roles. The ideal candidate will bring strong team management experience along with a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales & Non-Sales roles across levels

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10-12 recruiters

- Drive hiring strategies to meet business targets and timelines

- Handle vendor management and build strong recruitment partnerships

- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve hiring efficiency

- Conduct training sessions to upskill recruiters when required

- Collaborate with stakeholders for workforce planning and hiring needs

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in Non-IT / Sales hiring

- Strong team management and leadership skills

- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities

- Ability to handle high-volume hiring with quality delivery

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
