About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and driven Talent Acquisition (TA) Head to lead and elevate our recruitment efforts across all business verticals.
This role will play a critical part in shaping hiring strategy, managing a high-performing TA team, and ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier talent aligned with our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition function PAN India as needed.
- Build and implement strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals across functions .
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists to drive performance and delivery excellence.
- Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, and business heads to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Drive recruitment for niche, senior, and critical positions directly as needed.
- Optimize recruitment processes and leverage data to drive decision-making and improve hiring quality and speed.
- Build a strong employer brand and drive proactive candidate engagement initiatives, including campus hiring and diversity programs.
- Oversee vendor and agency partnerships, ensuring SLAs are met and costs are controlled.
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, audits, and applicable labor regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience (12+ years) in talent acquisition, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role managing large teams.
- Strong exposure to scaling hiring in Sales / Product
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and employer branding.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people leadership skills.
Education: MBA is a must
