Job Description - Head Talent Acquisition will lead and scale the recruitment function to support rapid organizational growth across multiple business units. Description
1 Designing and implementing talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
2 Managing end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency across high-volume hiring.
3 Collaborating closely with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders to identify talent needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
4 Utilizing data analytics to optimize recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
5 Leading initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, as well as integrating advanced AI tools
into recruitment workflows.
6 Driving change management to enhance recruitment processes, scalability, and automation.
2 Experience working in Consulting organisations is highly preferred.
3 Expertise in large-scale hiring, especially for non-technology, Management Consulting, Business Analyst roles.
4 Strong stakeholder management skills within complex global matrix organizations.
5 A data-driven mindset with excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
6 Full Time MBA from a premier B-School is preferred.
